Returns Policy

All claims for damaged or missing boxes must be filed with carrier within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. All inner box shortages must be reported to Jeanne Simmons Accessories Inc within 10 days. All returns must be prepaid and authorized by the home office. Call 760.598.0550 for authorization.  Returns MAY be subject to a 15% restocking charge, $25 minimum charge. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise only. E-mail any questions to hatstackpatty@gmail.com Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days from receipt of goods.

Shipping

Only the contiguous 48 states can get a shipping cost automatically at checkout. If you would like to use your own UPS account please choose pick up at warehouse and provide a UPS account number in the notes. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and all other International buyers Please contact hatstackpatty@gmail.com for shipping options. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
